The Cali Marriott Hotel was a delightful surprise! The friendly staff went above and beyond, making me feel truly special. The luxurious Swedish massage with Karime was heavenly.

However, I was disappointed by the slow response times, particularly via WhatsApp. While the location was great, I did find the carpets in need of a serious update.

The attention to detail by Mayer in the restaurant made our meals memorable, as she consistently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed.

I was disappointed to find the pool area unavailable during my visit, which limited my relaxation options at the hotel.

The hotel occupies a prime location, with numerous attractions just a short walk away. Upon arrival, the efficient door staff assisted with my luggage, and check-in was a breeze. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring lovely views. The friendly service staff consistently went out of their way to make sure all needs were met. A delicious homemade Majorcan product at breakfast stood out. however, the pool area was unavailable during my stay, and I found the room rates somewhat higher than similar options in the area.

Just a solid selection for a mini-vacation in Cali with all in all brilliant value for money. The executive lounge had good food options, which made my evenings relaxing after a long day exploring. Make sure to check the hours for the lounge, as it may close unexpectedly during your stay.

The executive lounge was a hit with the kids, who loved grabbing snacks and drinks in the evenings after our adventures. The sushi spot's cocktails—made with local fruits—were exceptional!

The staff were super friendly and really went the extra mile to make me feel at home. The food options in the lounge were awesome, too. One little thing, though—the pool area was closed off for a party, so I couldn’t kick back there. But overall, a great experience!
